So, I would rather have you make your DIY suspension trainer but some folks do not have access to the materials used to make my $7 DIY suspension trainer. A Sweat4health member in the UK passed this on to me, ALDI stores will be having a suspension trainer available for £12.99 which is a crazy bargain. Its available starting the 28th of February. I have no affiliation with ALDI stores other than fond memories from 1990 and 1991 when I lived in Muenchen and did most of my shopping there. Suspension trainers are AWESOME for home gyms and for those who travel a lot. Below is a video where I use one in a hotel room.
