Healthy Meal While Traveling!

A lot of people who travel for business or pleasure seem to lose total control of their nutrition while away from home and end up gaining all kinds of unwanted pounds – it doesn’t have to be that way!  There are delicious and easy options that are much faster and cheaper than restaurants.

These days, almost every grocery store has a deli section and most of them have whole roasted chickens – perfect!  Low sodium, healthy, inexpensive and fast!  Far healthier than any chicken you would get from a fast food restaurant and far cheaper than you would get from any sit down restaurant – win win!  Just grab one and head back to your hotel room or airbnb room!

Add a pre-made salad and a piece of fruit and you have a great healthy meal!
