SWOD = Scooby’s Workout Of The Day
People always ask what workouts I do, well I have quite a range and I mix them up a lot. I think it might be overkill to show what workout I do every single day but what do you think of a SWOW feature – “Scoobys Workout Of the Week”? I could just choose a workout, take a few pix and post as a photo like I have here. What do you think? Is this weekly post a good idea? Yes or No????
