The breakfast buffets become a game of seeing how many calories I can shovel in . Its rare I can do this so its really enjoyable. MMmmm, strong German coffee loaded with sugar and crene – Im in heaven! I favor the low GI carbs so they stay with me longer.

OK, its 7am- enough lollygagging at the breakfast buffet and time to pound pavement. Lets see if I can make time to do one tourist attraction today. I dont need to hurry to arrive before dark today because Im staying in a big characterless business hotel. Last night I had to kick butt to arrive by 8pm because the owner made it clear that late arrivals sleep in the entry way :)
