This is 17 year old Jason who gained 12 pounds of muscle in 7 months, wow! Jason is a great reminder that you do not have to get fat to gain strength and mass, look at him, he is just as lean or leaner in his after photo. You do not need to do bulking and cutting, its a waste of time and its not healthy.

Jason had great results so I asked him what advice he would give to other teens who want to transform their bodies, here is what he said:

“If you really want to gain muscle, you have to prove it.  You have to show that you are fully dedicated and have the proper mindset.  You have to force yourself to eat foods high in protein, low in fat, and be ready to workout on a regular basis: with intensity.  Dont mope around and chit chat.  Vary your workouts and work different muscle groups, not just using curls and bench press haha.  Try making schedule if you have to, and stick to it.  It may sound like a lot of hard work, and thats because it is.  In the end when you see the results, it will all be worth it and you’ll find these challenges easyyy.”
