Scooby1961 was the first fitness channel I found and was my guide as I journeyed through scams and misinformation into a life of health and fitness. When i first started working out it was my freshman year of high school and over the next four years fitness has become a large part of my life. My freshman year I was lethargic, weak, and out of shape. By changing my diet and implementing a 5 day workout regiment I am now playing collegiate volleyball, have boundless energy, and am truly enjoying life. I went from barely touching the backboard to now touching 11 feet 4 inches. I squat 300lbs and bench press 225 far more than my 180 lb body weight(i started only able to bench press 70 lbs and could not squat at all). The strong base of general knowledge I learned on Scoobysworkshop about strength and nutrition is what enabled me, along with a lot of hard work to transform my body and sharpen my mind. This truly was a transformation and this lifestyle change has made me improve in all aspects of my life. I feel like a new man full of energy and confidence,ready to tackle whatever life throws at me next. Thank you Scooby
Congratulations Kentaro! Your success story is a bit different than others but very important because a lot of people are in the same shoes you were 3 years ago. Its clear that you had an incredible growth spurt during the 3 years you were working out, you went from little kid to full grown man. A lot of 15 year olds wonder when they are going to get taller .. just have patience, growth happens just like it did for you. Without working out, you would have been just as tall but its very clear that you hit the weights hard and have become a lean, mean, athletic machine. A 11’4″ jump doesnt happen without lots of training. Congratulations Kentaro!
